Katherine Sempecos is a NY and European licensed Clinical Aesthetician, Medical Laser Technician and official IPL Laser trainer with over 25 years experience. Having also acquired a BA in Communications, Advertising and Marketing at the University of South Florida in Tampa, she has owned and operated over 10 medical devices distribution companies, specializing in the latest Anti-Aging Technologies, as well as having owned two previous Anti-Aging Clinics in Europe.
She has concentrated her entire career on bringing the newest, most innovative and effective aging well treatments and products from Europe to the U.S.

Currently, Katherine is the co-owner and operator of PRISM Med Spa in Roslyn, New York, and previous owner of Posche Prism Med Spa in New Jersey, having partnered with Kim DePaola of the Real Housewives of NJ. PRISM was also voted “Best Spa on the North Shore” 2014 – 2021. Katherine has formed companies that specialize in the exclusive representations of proprietary anti-aging services, products, medical devices and technologies. Having been a driving force in launching new technologies both here and in Europe, Katherine prides herself in offering the latest, most innovative technologies and through her experience has developed her own customized protocols, giving the ultimate in dramatic results and Transformations for all Face and Body treatments.
Katherine has treated many celebrities including the cast of the ‘Real Housewives Of New Jersey’ from 2015-2018 and more recently in 2021, various TLC household names like Stacey Silva and Florian Sukaj of “Darcy & Stacey”. PRISM Med Spa has been in the media a lot, and Katherine has written as an expert for for Vogue, Allure and 25A Magazines, as well as been featured on “BRAVO’S Real Housewives of New Jersey” several times.

Katherine’s next project with the Prism Team is to launch the new Prism Transformational Retreats in the Greek Riviera, featuring customized Transformational Programs for all visitors, scheduled to start the Summer of 2023!

Vasilis Mezini started out in the medical spa business in Europe and represented aging well products and services, as well as advanced technologies in the EU. Since coming to the U.S., Vasilis continued promoting and Marketing PRISM’s new technologies and through this, became Co-Owner of PRISM Med Spa.
As our Marketing Director for both Prism Med Spa NY and Posche-Prism Med Spa NJ, Vasilis quickly became a very valuable asset to our company, educating clients about how to achieve quality of life inside and out by implementing the latest in IGS DNA analysis, as well as all external aging well treatments that Prism offers. In 2018, Vasilis became a Certified CRYO therapist, specializing in Sports Medicine and helping athletes, as well as clients experience great pain relief, healing and weight reduction. Vasilis also functions as PRISM’s events coordinator, our ‘go-to’ guy for all promotional and informational events, as well as social media and communications.
Vasilis will also be playing a critical role in launching our new PRISM Transformational Retreats in the Greek Riviera! Integrating Cryotherapy with Hyperbaric Oxygen treatments, as well as combining Blue Zone lifestyle, nutrition and IGS DNA & blood chemistry analysis, he will be one of our main Program Coordinators and Counsellors, beginning in the Summer of 2023.
ELENI CHARALAMBOUS

Eleni is a licensed aesthetician with 30+ years experience with various skills in this field, including but not limited to: facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and glycolic treatments. Her specialty at PRISM is the Electro-Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, with a certification in lymphatic therapy and instruction for over twenty years.
Eleni performs this exclusive treatment at PRISM for many uses. Some practical uses of this treatment include cellulite reduction, weight loss, immune system enhancement, post-surgery lymphatic-decongestion, heavy metal detoxification, and post-chemo detoxification, just to name a few. We are so glad to have someone of her caliber and tenure with working with us to serve our loyal clientele.
